I am an experienced marathon runner, triathlete and sports fitness specialist.  

Each athletic endeavor has different core muscle groups essential to the activity. Each also has different essential body movements. My programs work the correct muscle groups to maximize performance and build agility, strength and flexibility. Clients who work with me have learned to run faster, jump higher and react in-game more quickly.
